Rental Pricing
Nightly Rates: $380 - $1150, excl. fees, taxes, & optional concierge services, min 3-night booking
Cleaning Fee: $350 per stay – This covers services by our professional cleaning team, including top to bottom cleaning and sanitization, laundry, fridge clean-outs, cabinet/drawer organization, inventory check and restocking supplies
Pet Fee: $200 per stay – We welcome up to 2 fully-house trained dogs. Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications required. Guests must follow pet rules.
Note:
- 13% taxes (7% FL state tax and 6% Manatee County tourist tax) will be added to the nightly rates, cleaning fee and pet fee.
- Rental agreement, booker's photo ID and a $500 security deposit hold required.
