Booking Details
As the chalets are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we kindly ask that there be no outdoor music or speakers outside of the short celebration period during your event. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am. All third-party vendors must be pre-approved before arriving on site.
Pricing depends on season, dates and the length of stay (3 nights minimum for most weekend stays), guest count (up to 29 guests), including accommodation, and space for special celebration. Our average 2026 non-holiday weekend nightly rates range from $510 to $1,450 for renting one chalet and $1,200 to $2,400 for both, excluding cleaning fees and 9% taxes.
Rental agreement, booker's photo ID and a refundable security deposit are required.
